About Us
All staff at Positive Connections are qualified with appropriate counselling education, with a minimum of two years counselling experience. Staff may also hold a degree from an accredited APAC (Australian Psychology Accreditation Council) course, or, are continuing study at university to attain additional qualifications.
All staff are members of the Australian Counselling Association and The Federation of Victorian Counsellors which mandates that every counsellor has the back up of a registered supervisor, this ensures that our clients receive the very best care possible.
Our practice is covered by insurance via Rowland House, an industry insurance company that understand the needs of counsellors and their clients. Insurance provides our clients with the peace of mind and assurance that they will be looked after in the unlikely event of misconduct under the code of ethics Positive Connections is chartered.

Bookings and Cancellation Policy
Once you have confirmed your booking with Positive Connections you shall be sent a reminder the day prior to the booking, usually via SMS.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us via return phone call or SMS.
Failure to cancel within 6 hours prior to the bookings scheduled time will incur a 75% Cancelation Fee.
